kfl69bcl04acl71 Melissa, I was not sure how to respond without a simple decline. I didn't want to be rude. I have reduced the price of this skirt to the lowest I am willing to go (I paid much more for it, it is NWT, and any less and I will keep it-I'm only clearing closets of things I can live without). I feel so badly about the "decline." Thank you for your interest!
