Considering the item was NWT and I provided additional measurements, as a buyer you still had the opportunity to ask any questions prior to purchase, but you did not. Ratings are not based on fit unless wrong measurements are provided, at which time you could open a claim. It is not the sellers fault for a poor sizing if sizing and measurement information is provided. I wish you the best with other sellers.

monalisavi Please read Poshmark's return policy which states items cannot be returned because of fit, only if inaccurate measurements were provided. I would suggest you open a claim (dispute) with Poshmark if you feel I was inaccurate in the item description. They will review, and if in your favor, will provide a return label. I cannot do a "return" off Poshmark as it is against Poshmark's rules. Poshmark will contact me once your claim (dispute) is filed.

hollieann2020 I am so sorry. This has never happened before. I looked back to see if it ever started tracking and I do not see where it was ever scanned. My postman took it with him when he delivered my mail the day following your order. I only have the other salt Life hat grey one listed.
