andreamoore89 Hello, i purchased sperry shles from ypu 2-25-18 and a week after it said they were delivered to my address, but the problem is i havent recieved them...not in my mail box or by my front door. I dont see a tracking number for me to track exactly where they went. I would really like if you contact me asap!!! My cell number is 936-224-0714 my name is Andrea. misse281 @andreamoore89 Hi Andrea! It's against PoshMark policy to contact outside of the site, but I was able to find the tracking number. They were shipped on 2/26/18 and delivered on 2/28/18. Tracking # 9405510899359402934159 I have contacted PoshMark Support to see if they're able to help.

andreamoore89 Trackin number says it delivered at " mail box" but nothing is their! What am i supppse to do now just say screw it i guess im out $25 ?? Ill tell you this much, this was my firat time ordwring from Poshmark and this will definitely be the last. Thanks

misse281 @andreamoore89 I tried to contact PoshMark support but since I'm not the buyer, they won't look into it. You should contact them and let them know you never received the package. They're the ones that produce the mailing labels and they should be able to look into this farther for you.

misse281 @andreamoore89 go to "My Purchases" and then select the order. At the bottom, it'll say "order problem/inquiry". You should be able to contact them that way.
