mc000 @kaghazi59 hi. I’ve tracked the package , and it says it was delivered on November 18th at 2:36pm. I also sent another sale at the same time I sent yours..? It said it was delivered on your front door or porch. How do I go about investigating it ?

mc000 @kaghazi59 I’ve filled out a form through customer support and I’ve explained to them the tracking says delivered but you haven’t received the item. I also took a screen shot of tracking number and status and I’m waiting for poshmark to get back to me . Thank you.

mc000 @kaghazi59 I’m sorry this is happening. I bought a couple things last week and had the same issue . I’m not sure what’s going on with the mail but fingers crossed. I will keep you updated on what they tell me.

kaghazi59 @mc000 It happened to me to a couple of times also and then I called the post office and they tracked the package because they know where They delivered the package but you have to let them know immediately Hopefully I will receive my dress soon
