juliasfinds Hi wanted to let you know I really loved the shoes I bought unfortunately since they were made in 2010 after wearing them literally four times the shank broke and they fell apart. The bottom soles just literally peeled right off I called the company to find out the age based on the model number and they said they have to be stored in box to prevent them from deteriorating. Hopefully I can get these fixed because they look really nice and they're super comfortable....

juliasfinds they're really not repairable.they would need new soles and a new shank and that would be over $45 better to just buy a new pair from the company.

juliasfinds Hi I tried to get a refund from Poshmark they said no because I'd already accepted the item so basically in future if I get shoes I'm supposed to put them on walk around in them before I accept them to make sure that they're not going to fall apart... they really need to change their policies.... I appreciate you being supportive though...

melikitty04 @juliasfinds I am sorry that Posg would not issue you a refund. I would very much like to make this right and have come up with a work around. If you lost the at around $24 I can buy them back from you and you should get close to what you paid for them back after Posh fees. It's not exact but it should come close. If that works for you feel free to just use the reposh button and tag me 😄

Maybe there's something else in your closet that I like that I could buy at a discount would that be ok? Otherwise I might reposh them and tag you...... That is a great solution.... be great if they offered some sort of fire protection insurance so if you buy shoes and they fall apart you can get your money back...
