sentbymel @becakruklis yes just email Poshmark the username you would like to change to. I did that myself! Best way to make sales is share your items, share others so they will share back, and make great offers to anyone that likes and shows interest. It takes time but you will get there. Hope this helps!

sentbymel @abrehm hi, no there is no view count for each listing. The best you can do is see how many likes it gets or when it is shared in your news feed. If someone shares it they see it but may or may not have clicked into it. Hope this helps!

sentbymel @littlesinga1 Hi, Your newer so sales will come over time. Just share your items as much as possible at least 3 times a day so they reach more people. Also add as much descriptions to your title as possible IE Victorias Secret Pink Top Blue etc in the title. This is how folks find your items by sharing and the description. Best of luck!

penpenelope hello...new posher here. so, you told me if I jave any questions to let you know. I have a question? sold a jumpsuit and top to the same person. today, she wrote back and said the jumpsuit did not fit her correctly, and asked if I would trade for another top? i read the bylaws an if she contacts customer srv do they make exceptions? i dont want her to open a case and say tge jumpsuit was not in perfect shape? that would scar my ratings, correct?

sentbymel @penpenelope hi, yes poshmark does not allow returns for fit. This is clearly outlined when purchasing. If she opens a case for that it would get denied to my knowledge. You would be glad to help in any way they would allow. I would let them know posh does not allow returns based on fit but suggest that she can reposh them in her own closet and recoup her money in most cases. Best of luck!

whodatdiva Hi there. Not sure if you remember but I met you last year at poshfest. Unfortunately I Just don’t have the time for Poshmark that I thought I would. I’m about to close my closet.
