All was good except one ipalette has 2 badly broken eyeshadows.I took pictures.I didn’t want to leave a neg review but the palettes were in a bag w no protection stacked on eachother,no bubble wrap,which would slam together during shipping. In the description there’s no mention of any being broken

bunnydrmz66 @vargasm1111 ur sweet. No they will pay you and offer me $5. That’s what they do usually if a item gets damaged. If it’s one in a bundle and the rest are fine. On my birthday a lady threw a bunch of bath & bodyworks in a box w a piece of colored tissue paper & excited I opened to a shower gel nitemare. They have me $10 bcus only a few were busted same w my Hempz lotions only one busted open $5 lol

I already found more on here only 2 same price Tbe other sellers are highhh but it’s shipping that kills ne for 1 item lol I hate that it’s more than the palette

I understand how disappointing it is when you are excited about receiving something then it’s not what you expected. This is definitely a learning experience for me. And I agree about the shipping fee! That alone can be a deal breaker for me lol. This is why I accept offers and give special discounts here and there. I gave all my customers free shipping not realizing it came from my earnings now I give free shipping if they buy in bundles. I had super cheap prices when I started but once I started trading I’d get three items of theirs for $15 of mine I look earned after about 6 trades lol
