nmk11389 You left a 3 star review that you must have be confused with someone else since it was regarding responsiveness. As soon as you sent the offer it was responded to. Very disheartening since my item was in impeccable condition and you got a designer bag for a great price but it seems that you leave bad reviews for others to. (Comment above) We are all just trying to sell items we no longer use so someone can get a value! Inappropriate!!!

melissamarti766 @nmk11389 I ordered this bag on 9/8 on 9/12 a reminder to ship the bag you never responded. I understand people get busy I feel like had u just awnsered and said will ship in 1 or 2 days as this is a response that it gives with the shipping reminder There was no response the bag was stuffed in the box so when I unpacked it , it was wrinkled and the leather on the inside pocket now had a permanent crease and a slight tear.

melissamarti766 @nmk11389 I have never given bad review I dont believe 3 stars is a bad review, just means you could improve. I also have not recived a bad review. Like I said had you just communicated you had been busy and this was the reason the bag was not shipped with in the 2 to 3 days like the posh tips suggested, I would have given you a 4 start review. Had the bag been placed in the box with love instead of being stuffed in box where it had gotten wrinkled and tore you would have recived a 5 star.
