melsss35 @kfab333 does anyone know how I can do a return? I’ve been contacting poshmark about an item I ordered from someone and they scammed me! I bought a $300 Louis Vuitton purse and there are so many stains on it and it was not in the description!

melsss35 @kfab333 i didn’t accept the package, but it’s been 5 weeks and nobody has gotten back to me! I also ordered a pair of cute boots and in the post it said order a 1/2 size smaller and I did then she sent me another 1/2 size smaller so those don’t fit... I haven’t heard back from poshmark about that either... it’s so frustrating! Do you know what else I can do?

melsss35 @kfab333 yeah but why is it taking so long for them to get back to me? Poshmark sends me an auto email that says they are in the process of getting a new email and they will get back to me shortly... never ever had this kind of problems in any other buy sell site

melsss35 @kyli2005 thank you! I appreciate the encouraging words! Do you know if there is a number I can call to talk to a customer service representative for a return? I bought a LV bag and it was not as described and I’ve been sensing emails to posh, they don’t respond. It’s been 5 weeks that I’ve been trying to contact them!

kyli2005 @melsss35 I don't think you can do anything about it if it's been that long. Usually you need to request a return right when you get it! Because the seller will get the money if you didn't say anything was wrong with it from the beginning
