wasmineisurs @fabphilafinds Hi! Could you please give me your expert opinion on a shipping matter? Another posher bought two expensive dresses from me on February 21st, and I shipped them out that same day. The problem is the package was never scanned and we cannot track it now. I have been to the post office twice trying to locate this package, and I keep getting different answers. What would you do?

fabphilafinds @mheller101 Hi! Have you submitted a report with Poshmark yet? This happens to me last week. Under the sale you can report a problem and one of the options is package sent and not tracking. Poshmark will get back to you with directions. I would also notify the buyers and make them aware of the situation. My issue was resolved almost a week after I mailed the package when it was scanned in out for delivery. Let me know if this helps and if you have any other questions or need help.

wasmineisurs @ccrimm OMG! I messed up!! Thank you for your honesty! Let me figure out how to get the package shipped back to me without you paying a cent. I have never done this before. If you know how to let me know if not I will contact Poshmark and if they do not respond I will go to the post office tomorrow and see if I can pay them to ship it back to me, and I will let you know by Tuesday the latest. Either way, I will do my best to make it super easy for you.

wasmineisurs @ccrimm AS A thank you for your honesty and my mistake I would love to send you the GAP jeans NWOT for a 2T boy for free, but then you would have to leave your address here, or you could pay a dollar , and I'll pay the six something for shipping as well and print out the label privately? I feel so sorry that this happened.
