browndogmom @melissalind I still have not heard from them. It took me awhile to find the contact info. I can’t remember exactly what I did. With all the buttons I pushed, there was a band, I think in my news section, that said...”if you need help”....blah blah blah. And I clicked on that. Emailed them. No response. I think I’m going to close up shop! My issue was...that, I couldn’t find a way to remove something from my closet, without selling it. I looked all over....no info on that.

browndogmom Those clogs had been in closet for months. That exact day that you bid on them, I had given them to a friend in need. I double checked with her that they fit and were comfortable. Or else I would have asked for them back. I’m really sorry. There is no info on removing things from closet. And no response from powers that be. Very disappointing. I apologize
