jennhowe Hi Melissa, when you sent me a message I responded immediately about how to return an item. I am not poshmark, YOU had to file a claim. Who did you expect to contact you? I was wondering why I didn't hear back about a claim and thought you decided to keep the jacket. Ratings are based on accuracy of the listing and communication both of which I was great with.

sessabeaux im sorry, i dont mean to hurt your business. it is almost impossible to wear and is more of a museum piece. i couldnt move my arms almost at all. also it did have a smell to it like from cigarettes or maybe its just old. it wasnt worth the price and im bummbed i cant return it. i asked for assistance from poshmark and they delayed response about how to proceed with a return. then it was too late. this is the first time ever returning something. im sorry.
