acschaum Hey! I don’t know what’s going on with your package. Several times I shipped 5 days ago are still in transit. 😕 I thought it would surely arrive today but the tracking doesn’t look like it’s gotten anywhere. Usps must be having an issue. Just wanted to let you know!

jasminegarden Hi, Hope all is well! Thank you for purchasing some Tsum Tsums from me last week, it was send out that same day hoping it would get to you by Christmas, but unfortunately my USPS didn’t scan it. I went to USPS yesterday to get an update on what is going on. The post master advise me that the package will be scanned once it gets to you. With all the delays, it might take up to 2 weeks. I feel so bad, and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

jasminegarden @melbelleec Package update Hope you had a great holiday. I contacted support today in regards to your package. Because there is no tracking available after 2 weeks, they proceeded with marking the package as lost 😞 and will refund you for your purchase. I am so sorry about this but hopefully USPS can eventually find the package and get it delivered to you.

The postal service has unfortunately been struggling this year with packages so I completely understand, I have some other items that were supposed to be shipped USPS and are also lost in the void without any tracking info. Hopefully they will figure out how to get the process smooth again soon :-)
