melissawolf98 @apontea6705 I do have the pants. I have no idea why the money has not gone through. To be honest I have been inquiring about the return policy because the jeans are Capri length and that was not advertised, I should have asked as well. But the item smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke (even after washing) I don’t feel that I could resell them. That may be why payment has not been released.

melissawolf98 @apontea6705 have you spoke with a company representatives? It is out of my hands. The payment was accepted and I haven’t gotten any notification that my card was declined. If I send the item back with out you going through the proper channels on your end I will have no item and I will still be charged because they have my card info and are to disperse funds. Please have a posh mark representative contact me with further instructions.

melissawolf98 @apontea6705 I have only purchased items, I have never sold on PM. But PM has the funds and they disperse it. I did not complete the process to get the “okay” from PM to return the item and if there is no action from me with in 3 days the purchase is final. They have charged my card already and if I send it back I will not get refunded. I think your best course of action is to be patient and keep contacting PM.
