bjsatterberg I ordered a watch from you on April 2nd. I have never waited this long for anything to be delivered from a Poshmark purchase. Why is the package in Guam ?

melissagrimes86 @bjsatterberg I’m very sorry , I have no idea why the package has not been delivered yet , it’s my second Poshmark item I’ve ever sold so I am not really sure how it works , I will message poshmark and ask what I can do about this. I was on a cruise when the item sold so I am sorry for the delay . I will let you know what I hear back from the message .

I an truly sorry for the delay, I used the prepaid label I was sent and mailed the package as soon as I returned from vacation within the window I was given to ship to you. I will let you know as soon as I hear from poshmark about what I can do to make this right for you. Again, I apologize for the trouble .

bjsatterberg @melissagrimes86 Thank you for getting back to me. Poshmark told me they couldn't do anything until 14 days after it was shipped. Tracking says they package is in Honolulu now since the 16th. I know it's not your fault. I wish Poshmark had been more helpful. I hope you had a great time on your cruise!

bjsatterberg @melissagrimes86 my tracking update from USPS says my package should arrive today! How it could go from Honolulu yesterday to Minnesota today is beyond me. I will let you know when it arrives.
