dolledupdes The dress I just bought looks 40s to me. It looks like a rayon jersey. The print looks 40s as well as the design. The side button doesnt seem that odd to me either. Up until the late 30s, dresses didn't have zippers. So maybe it was an older lady who made this dress in the 40s and was still doing to the old school way. Either way, I am willing to take a chance my gut is right, and hope I can wear it soon.. 😁

melissawanag @dolledupdes I usually am really confident in identifying a decade for pieces but this one threw me for a loop! The construction & the button fly are what had me guessing 40’s as well! I’ll get it in the mail for you ASAP! I’m glad it’s going to a good home ✨💓
