rose215bud I don't see your photo anymore, but based on my memory: 1.the straps are wrong, in that the strap with the buckle is wider than the strap going into the buckle. 2. the sizing #s printed on the footbed are inaccurate, 3.The pattern on the sole of the shoe is off with no BIRK imprinted on it. 4. the part that goes between the toes looked wrong. If you do a search for mayari, you should be able to see the difference. My closet has a sold mayari that you could compare. hope this helps. Kathryn
