melissan201 @oadams904 You should be pissed! They made multiple attempts and it was "unclaimed". So the status at this point is that it was retained by the USPS. Once I rcv item back, I'll gladly reverse charges.

melissan201 @oadams904 hi. I still have not rcvd the item back. The $$ is sitting in my pending. I think I have to put in a claim to posh that it was never rcvd and on my end I’m gonna put in a claim that I never got paid for it. It seems as though that may resolve it.
