Hi- you bought my Giraudon shoes. Please send them back and I will get them repaired. I noticed no problem with them/ and I had cleaned them thoroughly. I will get the heel fixed and send it back.

@lisa_kipp I love the shoes- I tried them on as soon as I received my package today- they fit perfectly & yes are very clean! When I took off one of the shoes, the sole separated from the shoe itself- i can send you pictures - ( how do I send you a picture?) I was shocked because they seem very well made. I don’t want a refund because I really like the shoes!

@lisa_kipp thank you! I’m going to take the shoes to a shoe repair shop that does great repairs. The shoe to sole has nails in the heel- I can see the nails when the heel separated from the sole - maybe it’s a matter of replacing the nails? Glue? I don’t know anything about repairs but I do have a great repair shop to take them too- hopefully an easy fix! :) Thank you - your offers to help really shows what an excellent Posher you are!!

I edited my review. You truly have gone above & beyond. Thank you!! I can’t wait to wear my shoes - MI weather is pretty yucky right now - snow & salt would ruin the leather :( which is why I haven’t rushed to a repair shop- I will this weekend though!! Warm weather is around the corner- I’m excited to wear my shoes 🤗
