emmadibona Hi Melissa. I responded to the claim about the purse but wanted to reach out and tell you how confused and sorry I am. I have been on poshmark for years and would have never sent an item in that condition. The purse was new with tags when I sent it. Again I am so sorry about this and hope we can figure out what happened.

alorega Hi, I wanted to give you an update, so for whatever reason the Poshmark app isn’t showing the package has been shipped but it has. You can always check your tracking number that Posh provides. It shows it’s in transit on USPS Site. Sorry this one has been complicated. Hope you have a great evening and you get your package soon!

alorega @sunshinegirl239 Morning! SO.... Obviously the USPS sucks right now because the package is still sitting in the Modesto USPS. I called USPS yesterday and spoke with a girl named Trudy and she has opened up a claim. This means Modesto office will be contacted to find the package and send it out. I am so so sorry! If you don’t want them anymore I would totally understand. Again I’m so sorry........I’m supposed to hear something by Friday. Have a good day!
