comfortcreature Hello! Have you by any chance received those shoes? My tracking update says they’ve been sitting at a usps facility since the 2nd? Very weird I can’t figure out why it wouldn’t have moved on by now!

comfortcreature @m3lissaagarcia I tried calling the post office customer service and couldn’t get ahold of a real person just the robot thing they have for the answering service and all they will tell me is that it’s in PA and “in route to destination”, I’m sorry I couldn’t get answers this is really stupid and I don’t understand what the delay would be, is there any weird weather conditions there or something???

m3lissaagarcia @comfortcreature haha I don’t think so! It is super weird, I’ll try and get a hold of someone tomorrow. I’m not super concerned about it because I’m hoping they show up eventually but it’s just like come on, I’m not sure what could be the hold up!

comfortcreature @m3lissaagarcia me neither. I’ve had a few issues with other orders but it was mainly just them not updating me until they were delivered to the address and it was always on time just weird tracking, I’ve never had it just sit at the post office like that, pretty irritating, I hope you have more luck than I do. I will try calling the actual post office over there tomorrow cause I think it may be closed right now.

comfortcreature @m3lissaagarcia so I called the post office it was supposedly at and they said that it was mailed there on accident and it was supposed to go to the post office in your town but the zip code is similar/similar town names, but that they actually mailed

comfortcreature @m3lissaagarcia it out on the second, then he couldn’t really help me Past that, so I called the post office customer service, I had tried the other day but couldn’t get past the robot operator and so this time I got ahold of a real person and he looked it up and said that it’s very weird that there hasn’t been any activity on it since then and took down my name and number and info and said he’s gonna get it figured out and will get back to me, so hopefully it’s resolved soon.

comfortcreature @m3lissaagarcia awesome!! I was starting to get worried! When you have the chance to check them out and all that would you accept the order so I don’t have to contact poshmark about the post office never updating that it’s been delivered? It won’t release the funds to me automatically if it doesn’t come up as “delivered” after the three day period so you would have to accept it for me to get paid. Thank you!!
