szumowski Melissa- so sorry you didn’t like the Kooba bag. I would definitely honor a return- I mistakenly called it a crossbody not a shoulder bAg. So you can return it on that premise. Again so sorry-

isaackson7 @szumowski Hello, that would be awesome but how does that work? Because I accepted it and I’ve even used it a couple of times because I had immediately transferred my purse contents into it and that is when I had a chance to notice it wasn’t a crossbody or what I had expected, but was willing to try it. It just didn’t work..I’m so sorry too!🙁

szumowski @isaackson7 I put in a return for you and don’t send back the purse. I feel bad, I had 42 orders two weeks ago and made three mistakes (including yours) so I need to be more organized so they don’t kick me off! BTW- MOST my orders are great and I get excellent reviews. Great reviews are important to me. Thanks again for being so understanding, you should hear from Poshmark soon.

isaackson7 @szumowski I went ahead and contacted Poshmark support in reference to a return. I added the picture of bag along with pour conversation via text message on the site so they could get a clearer understanding of what I/we are trying to resolve. I will keep you updated. Thank you.
