wenjuanguo @elder1012 Hi! I just mailed the tote. My local usps was not able to find a large enough box for the tote, so they fold the bottom to fit in the box. Just wanted to let you know. Thank you again for purchasing the tote!☺️

elder1012 @magnolia80 I do not know how to find out why...will have to investigate. I would like to know as well for at this point I will not receive payment despite the fact that the wallet is enroute to you. Never had this happen before.
