Hi Melissa, thanks for your purchase of my PRADA bag. I dropped it off at my post office along with a few other orders, but your package is not showing as scanned, which is weird because all the others were scanned. The post office clerk said to monitor it, so I’ll keep an eye out. I just wanted to let you know. All the best 😊

@melbo11 no there’s definitely a problem with Canada Post. I shipped the bag same day but the tracking scan never went through. I contacted Poshmark support and they changed the status to shipped. I believe there are major delays in Montréal, so if the package had to pass through Montréal I bet that where the hold up is. If you don’t mind waiting a bit longer, I’m going to call Canada Post today and see if I can get an update.

@melbo11 I spoke with Canada Post and they have no information, however they said that the expected delivery was supposed to be May23. They said we need to wait 10 days from that date and if the package is still missing I can open a case. I totally understand if you want to cancel, not sure how to proceed as this has never happened before. It’s pretty upsetting because if it’s lost the best CP will do is pay me the $100 insurance 😳

@melbo11 hi again! The package has been finally located! I mixed up the label and sent it to the wrong address, totally my mistake. It’s never happened as I always double check the buyer and label. To expedite things I purchased an item from this Posher and she’s sending the bag along with what I bought. At this point the best thing to do is to cancel the sale, which I believe I can do. I’ll then relist the bag once I get it back. I am SUPER SORRY about all the hassle.
