kristinedouglas Hello again Melissa I purchased a pair of shorts from you now 7 days ago. On I believe day 3 I asked about shipping and was told that you’re printer quit working and you would have a new one the next day. That has now been days ago. I also sent messages only to not hear back. If you get 2 or more order delayed cancellations I believe they suspend your account which is why I haven’t filed yet but this is just too much for me to deal with. I shouldn’t have to keep asking a seller to ship my item.

kristinedouglas Also if you’re unable to ship an item you should probably not be listing new items to sell. If you do sell more items and can’t ship them that causes frustration for all the buyers who waste their time and money. But I’ve noticed new listings and you were active and just didn’t respond to my messages. Which is so sad for a buyer to have to beg for their item. I too had a printer go out. I had a relative print my labels and then got one the next day. I don’t understand what the issue is.

melking29 I am sorry I don’t have any relatives that live close by and I have been trying to get a printer. I cannot help that I have had issues finding one near me as places are out I have ordered one and it is coming in today for me to pick up. Your item will ship out tomorrow.

kristinedouglas @melfog okay Thankyou I truly hope so. I’m actually lucky I checked back at my messages to you. You should hit reply on any messages or questions because it will not notify a buyer that you’ve responded if you don’t hit reply. I just thought maybe you replied without hitting reply and happened to see the reply you left for me. Thanks for getting back with me. I’m truly trying to be patient but never had this happen on an item I’ve purchased is all.
