Meet your Posher, Melissa

Hi! I'm Melissa!! I am a 63 years old , mother of 4 children ( all 4 grown up now) and grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. I am on Poshmark to simply make some extra money to help pay bills, buy groceries and just maybe maybe a little spending money for myself, especially, since, I am really into the keto/ carnivore lifestyle of eating and living. I am down 30 pounds in past 2 years of eating keto. My weight was 203 lbs. 2 years ago and I am only 5 ft. 1 inch tall. I am diabetic with type 2 diabetes and the keto/ carnivore lifestyle has been very good for me, as my medications for diabetes and high blood pressure are way down and I rarely have to take any medication ( metformin) for diabetes . I only take my blood pressure meds every 3 or 4 days now as needed , because my blood pressure goes way to low, if, I take it every day. ( I monitor my blood glucose, blood ketones ( not with pee ketone test strips), and my blood pressure ( blood pressure meter/ machine. I check my blood glucose and blood ketones every day with my Keto Mojo GKI meter. I also exercise every day at least 35 minutes and sometimes more every day. My current weight, as of today os 175 lbs. I am a Christian because I have been born again, because of Jesus and The message of the Cross, which he bore when He took my place on that Cross. The price Jesus paid to purchase us back to our Father God, was oh so Great!!!! We are so greatly loved by God , Jesus and Holy Spirit.
