dawnsdelights @searay028 Hi. I truly want all my buyers to be happy and I would never sell a flawed item on purpose, But once in a blue moon, something can get missed. That’s where Poshmark comes in. If an item isn’t as described, you open a case with Poshmark and if they decide in your favor, they send you a prepaid label to return then item. Then they refund you. Poshmark controls the money. That’s why they take 20% and why these guidelines are clearly explained when a person signs up.

dawnsdelights @searay028 The bottom line is, I have no way to refund you - Poshmark handles all money. You had the opportunity to report a problem and didn’t. That isn’t my fault. But even if I did control it, I could not refund you in full at this point - Poshmark has taken their cut, I don’t make any money off shipping - in fact I paid some in your case, and they would have sent you a pre-paid return label.

lemonde481 Hi you purchased a pair of muse and cloud from us. The box says 39 but it also says us 8. When we listed 39 it went to is size 9 but we do not have a 40 so I am going to cancel. Sorry for the inconvenience
