GOOD MORNING. I wanted to take a minute to let you know how sorry i am for the delay in shipping. i had your jacket in a box and when i brought it to post office they said the box was to big for the shipping label so i tried 3 different sized boxes because i did not want to fold the jacket and cause any wrinkles. i even offered to pay extra she said the label covered the post office sized box so i had to fold the jacket once it fit but i did not want it folded.

Sorry for second message there is a word limit. Therefore please hang up jacket coat when you get it. i have emailed support because the box was not over 5 pounds so there should NOT have been an issue i did go to 2 different post offices and was told the same thing. The coat has never been washed so when washing for first time please wash with dark colors instructions on the tag.
