Sorry, I don’t get notifications on my phone when there is a message for this site. I’ve only used it for a pair of shoes before the purse. It looks like I’m past the date to send it back anyway. I haven’t tried cleaning it yet. I didn’t want to damage it. I’ve ordered a leather bag cleaner from Coach for $12. Based on the reviews, it sounds like people are impressed with the results.
