smelissa170 Hey! I am also New to Poshmark. You have some gorgeous pieces. But I do have a question, how do you get your customers to leave you a love note? I am so close on everything else but cannot figure out how to get a love note. Thank you for your help in advance. Love your closet❤️

melcloset24 @smelissa170 hi! The love notes are when a customer purchases an item and reviews it. Some will only leave their “star” review but the love notes are a little extra comment they can make in relation to their purchase. I have been putting cards in my packages asking for a rating and love note, that might work for you as well! Good luck!

smelissa170 @melcloset24 ok. I have been sending Thank You cards and I thought about putting that information in there but didn’t know if I should. They will always give me the stars but no live note yet😢. But I will try that. Thank you so much. Have a great Sunday
