tlcrdb69 @mellisajustice sure hun ....what you need to do is go to your closet then go down to where it says my purchases order where it shows where you bought them click on the pic there it will say shipped or waiting for Usps scan ...hit that and it will give you all the shipping details....also to your left it will say problem with order shipment I...click on that and it will show you how to get ahold of posh request a return ect. ...I hope that helps dear PLz let me know if you need any more help 😊
