puppy1295 Hi, I just read your review and I am very upset. I wish you would have let me know. I was given this pillow in the same plastic bag I sent it in. I do not smoke and have no pets. My dog passed away 2 years ago. The only thing I can think is that that it was like that when I was gifted to me. I know my girlfriend whom gave it to me, she smokes and has 2 dogs. I only took it out of the bag to take pictures and put it back in the bag and had it stored in my store room. I sincerely apologize.

puppy1295 I was a top seller on eBay for 13 years and got all 5 stars from over 4,000 customers and I never had a complaint. No complaints of smoke or hair. The only thing I can think of is it was like that when I received it. I hope you except my apologies. Dorothy
