shelargo I bought your gold Chanel iPhone case...I had it 12 hrs and one of the pieces just came off...I don’t know how else to contact you other than these comments...it wasn’t dropped or anything...it just came off

mkhosrovani @shelargo thank you for reaching out. i'm so sorry to hear that. i'm not quite sure what there is to do on my end because when I shipped the item it was in perfect condition and the sale was final. that being said, poshmark does offer a buyer protection and refund policy. would you like for me to look into this for you?
