melfstone @blackleocat she fell off a rock wall only about 3 ft tall. But she must have twisted her neck as she went down. I saw it all. I gabbed her and a vets office was only a quarter of a mile but the vet said it broke her neck. She only weighed 4 lbs. I'm still depressed. She was my little everything. I have no family so she was my family. I have always loved dogs my whole life.

I guess I never tried both shoes on at once so I had no idea. They came from Steinmart. I will try to return them. I’m so sorry. I would never sell a defective item intentionally.

I’m surprised they didn’t ask you for some kind of documentation. Are you sure they didn’t ask you for pictures. They usually make a decision and then send you a return label.
