sunnywarm @maggieguindon18 Copied part of policy. Good news its you can resist, resell it. All sales are final on Poshmark. A buyer may open a case with us if they don't receive their item or the item they receive is not as described in the listing. This means a buyer cannot return an item they purchased on Poshmark if the item does not fit or they no longer want the item - as long as the seller accurately described the item in the listing.

jodell11111 I am very disappointed about the fact I can not return the gray Bobby Jones pants because they do not fit. I could understand if I had not just purchased 2 other pairs of the Bobby Jones pants from you that fit perfectly. These are obviously tagged incorrectly since my husband can’t even get them on. The waist actually measures out to 26 inches, not 30 as the tag shows. These must be boys pants not men’s as stated on your site. Juliea2924@yahoo.com

sunnywarm @jodell11111 Again, I am so sorry about this, however, I cannot do anything about Posh’s No Return policy. Did you send them pics showing the waist measurement?? I guess you can resell them but I would include pics of measurements to protect yourself. I did not purposely mislead you , I am as surprised as much as your are. They were very clearly marked size 30!inside and out- I had no reason to question it either. Very sorry!!
