metrowestjen Hi Melody - I noticed that the Lole jacket you purchased from me still indicates that it's in transit. I shipped it out on Nov. 18 so it definitely should have been delivered to you by now. I've asked USPS to track it down to see what happened - as soon as I hear anything, I'll let you know!

metrowestjen @publicmel Hi - Unfortunately it appears that USPS has lost the package, sorry about that! I notified Posh and they said they’d issue you a refund so if that hasn’t been done, just let their cust service know. I hope you have happy holidays despite this mess-up!!
