I went to go ship the Elevenses jacket and I realized there was some small staining around the back of the collar when I got it out in the sun and I did not think it was fair to ship it to you without disclosing the staining so I cancelled the order. I am so sorry for the inconvenience, but if you are still interested I would be happy to upload pictures of the collar and work with you on another price. Thanks so much!

I am tempted to try to get the stain out but not sure you want me to wash it? Not sure how to proceed… let me know

hesheandmellc @terryeagan oh stars. i am shocked. i literally saw no sign of anything. i feel horribly -especially since i stated the excellent condition. can you send a picture please? was it in the black bag? do you suppose moisture from the mailbox could've done it? (although i don't recall rain when i sent it). i literally do not know what happens. although i know there's a way to dispute. YOU proceed as YOU need to. seriously. and i am reallllly sorry

It was completely sealed in the black bag so I don’t know what could’ve happened either. Do u think I should just try to wash it out? I love this dress and honestly if the marks weren’t dead center in the front of the dress I wouldn’t care😬
