@highheelpassion Hello.. Yes I have notified posh on my end last night, it was just a matter of ACCEPTING that I accidentally mail the wrong item. The message didn't provide to much detail on the process of how they would handle it. . But you have to notify them as well, so they could send you a return label. Let me know if you were able to contact posh regarding this matter.

I only had to press one button "ACCEPT" and by pressing that button, it just were notifying them that I was aware and accidentally mail the wrong item and the message inform me to rest assured they will handle the situation. That was it. You still have to notify them as the buyer that you receive the wrong item

Posh also assured me, they would handle the situation and prepared for things like this. As soon as I receive your item back, I will get it shipped to you. @highheelpassion I didn't realize I had a message from posh. They said... As a one time courtesy they will deposit the money in my account. I NEED TO CHECK MY ACCOUNT TO SEE IF THE FUNDS ARE ACTUALLY THERE. They also stated for future reference I need to wait on them for instructions. Lol Instead of me, taking it among myself to send the package back out JUST IN CASE SOMETHING GOES WRONG. I can understand that, I was trying to get your item to you.

Posh stated they deposited the funds, but normally you wont actually see the funds the same day the deposit was made. It normally take a few business days.
