theweisgerbers Hi there! I purchased Chaco’s form you and they finally arrived today, but the USPS says that I owe $31.85 shipping? If this was the case I never would have purchased and I paid the shipping you asked for. What should I do? I did not accept the purchase from the USPS. Thanks for your help!!

theweisgerbers @melodysmith31 wow thanks for getting back to me so quickly! no worries...just want to get it Figured out!! I assumed you paid the shipping when you shipped it so bumpy sure why I am getting charged anything!! It has never happened before!

melodysmith31 @theweisgerbers I messaged Poshmark support but they may be delayed on responding with it being the weekend. I don’t understand why USPS would charge you when you’re just receiving the package. That makes no sense. Maybe you should call them and make sure! I don’t have a say in shipping prices anyway. I can only change it if I offer a discount during sale.

melodysmith31 @theweisgerbers hey, they just got back with me. They said the price could go up if the item weighs over 5 lbs. But I looked at the pricing for additional weight and if it was 10 lbs the price would have only been $19. And I don’t even think it was that heavy! But they said to get it figured out you need to contact them. Sorry again about the confusion. 😫
