acelestialsoul Hi, still trying to get a response from you concerning the books that you said arrived in a damaged box. I haven't seen any claim info from Poshmark. You said that you "posted pics" - to whom? Poshmark? In a claim? I noticed you've had a lot of shipping/cases/issues. Let me know what's going on. I specifically want to know about the item / books. If the box was damaged, but the items are fine, please accept the order. Thanks. ~Tricia

melody53167 @acelestialsoul Hey I apologize I didn’t get back to you yesterday. I worked a 16 hour shift at a hospital,the last thing I want to do when I got home was open mail. I got an email from posh instructing me how to deal with the shipping damages. It’s 5:20 AM Eastern standard time and I’m getting ready to leave for another 16 hour shift at the hospital I was able to open the box get some pictures and I will file the claim with Poshmark as they have instructed me to do.

melody53167 @acelestialsoul I was not able to inspect the individual box because they were all wrapped in bundles. As soon as I’m able to unwrap them and look at them I will let you know. On a personal sidenote they were not packaged very well there was one piece of bubble wrap and a couple of pieces of postal mail envelopes.

melody53167 @acelestialsoul Just for the record if they are not damaged I do want to keep them. My mother-in-law loves these books. She is confined to her house because of disability. The only reason I notified anybody is because of the damage to the outside of the box.

acelestialsoul @melody53167 Cases are opened if the Item is damaged. The box is not important, except as an issue to bring up to the post office regarding their handling of the package. You listed the claim as “item not described/broken” but you haven’t checked the books yet?
