melyndaoneil @vregweidman the package was dropped off at our local postal office. I am not sure why it has not updated or is not tracking. I called usps and they have someone looking into it. Unfortunately they have been having a lot of issues with packages lately.

vregweidman @melyndaoneil This is so ridiculous that you are not doing a better job (or really any kind of job) of keeping me informed after my purchase. It has been 5 days since you were going to “check on” the item we ordered. And again, I hear nothing from you. If this wasn’t a purchase made by my 10 year old son, I would just cancel. But the possible hope that it is being sent is enough to keep him wanting to wait this out. Is this being sent or not?! We ordered this Jan 13. I need a response.
