cmb2357927 @mm_edens hi there I’m sorry to read you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase . So I’m hoping I can some how rectify it. Now about the second hand. Everything was working as I packaged it up. I made sure of it. Did the box look damaged when it was delivered? Also about the paperwork unfortunately when I purchased it from another site it didn’t include any paperwork. I do have an extra care manual I could send you. I don’t mind sending it to you, I will send it out of my own pocket.

cmb2357927 @mm_edens also about the pillow I’m very upset to hear that. If you would like I can send you a new pillow with the manual. Again I just want to make your experience a good one so I’m really trying to fix anything I can. Thank you also for liking the wrap job. I do also work very hard and making it look beautiful for whom ever is about to open this. Like a fun surprise 😊so let me know your thoughts on my ideas.

mm_edens @cmb2357927 hello, thank you for responding, this is my first purchase here, I have several Michelle watches and the second hand stays in one place until you engage it by pushing the side button, I tried it several times but it won’t work! The point is I love this watch and I’ll be very happy with it so don’t worry about it and I don’t want you to go to the trouble or expense to mail the manual! Have a good weekend!
