willbedeleting @rann_carrillo Hi! Sorry for getting back so late. I did get the shoe but it took her a week to ship it out and she didn't communicate much either until after it has shipped. Hope this helps!

rann_carrillo @willbedeleting this does help thank you! I ordered it January 14th and she said she UPS has it but that was 6 days ago and I keep asking her about it but I just haven’t heard anything else from her.. I feel like I should cancel it but I really want the shorts! So I’m stuck😩

willbedeleting @rann_carrillo Hmmm I know what you mean! I asked around cause I really wanted my SE flats. She shipped UPS or USPS? Posh always has a tracking number if it's USPS. If it's UPS they're pretty good too and should also have a tracking number but that I'm not 100% sure about. If it's been 2 weeks I would just cancel. She's definitely not someone i would buy from EVER again 😒

rann_carrillo She said UPS but I got a notification 4 days ago saying that a shipping reminder was sent to her, she hasn’t shipped it yet huh? Should I try typing in the order number? I’m so sorry for bugging you so much!

willbedeleting @rann_carrillo Don't worry about it! That's really weird cause Posh provides a label for USPS so for her to use UPS means she used her own money (which I totally don't see happening). The order number doesn't work as tracking unfortunately. UPS tracking numbers have a 1Z followed by a bunch of numbers and USPS is all numbers.

willbedeleting @rann_carrillo The order numbers are mumbo jumbo and for Posh only I believe. In either case she doesn't get paid unless you accept it so you're in a good position in the sense that you can cancel it and Posh will easily refund you. It's just a matter of how long you want to wait unfortunately 😔
