benz53 @chantillielace I am sorry you don't agree with the rating, which by the way is NOT because of shipping late. I have been purchasing items for a long time here and I have to say that I have been spoiled by the sellers....yes your packaging as you said was neat, plain and clean...but, some paper tissue to wrap the shoes and help them not scuff during transit would have been nice....and a Thank you note is not required but is a nice touch.
