moisitorres @karleecarter Hi Karlee, thank you so much for reaching out. My apologies for the delayed response. I was traveling most of the day as my mother in law had emergency surgery today. That said, I'd LOVE the dress BUT, I need it in Los Angeles by June 7th as my son is having his 5th Birthday party (Dodger theme on Saturday, July 8th. Where are you located? Would you be able to overnight it to me?

moisitorres @karleecarter Hi Karlee, I noticed you cancelled my order of the Dodger Dress I purchased from you and refunded my money. May I asked, what happened? I'm puzzled. You stated you were shipping it this coming Wednesday. You have put me in a completely difficult position as I purchased your dress for my son's Dodger Themed birthday party and I am depending on your dress for a family photo session. I finally got to AZ last night and to my storage unit which had the dress, however after opening several boxes of clothes I was unable to located it. : ( I knew you were in a time crunch to have the dress for the party, and since I couldn't find it and ship it in time, I released your purchase. : (

moisitorres @karleecarter Not hateful OR rude.... just being straight! This is business. DON'T RUN A BUSINESS IF YOU CAN'T HONOR YOUR WORD! I agree life is bigger than a dress. But your word/committment and how you run your business is a HUGE representation of you. No worries, I will not bother looking at your store. I don't do business with people who lack integrity regardless of life's struggles.
