brandy3173 Beautiful bag and shipped quickly but the zipper was defective and the seller declined my return request. The description also said store tag which apparently means a tag she created and not the original. I felt that was misleading. Disappointed in this purchase overall 😞

sanchies @brandy3173 seller didn't decline return. Poshmark felt there was insufficient evidence for a return and they were the ones who declined it. There was full disclosure on the listing that original tags were absent but with store tags instead. Store tags are the ones we create in our store, just like TJ Maxx and Burlington does. Still, price was so low that the kind of tags on a new item shouldn't be an issue.
