14nkotb Hey! I received the beautiful David Yurman necklace and it arrived with a challenging knot in the chain. I’m trying to work with it but not quite getting it out yet as it’s a pretty tight knot. :(

mercedes_kay @14nkotb oh no I’m so sorry! I didn’t notice that when it was in the box. If you have a yurman store near you they should be able to get the knot out for free.
