Hello, I’m sorry the RL top didn’t fit. As far as the odd smell goes, all my clothes are washed before they are put in storage bins & individually put in ziplock bags. This particular item may of been in storage for a while. I’ve never had a return but I’d be more than happy take item back if you contact Poshmark & find out how that can be done. Have a good night.
