directordenise Hello. I'm sorry you seem disappointed in the purchase of the Tory Burch Necklace. I am personally offended by your rating and comments and know its a flat out lie. I shipped that item the same day you ordered it. I personally cleaned the item with a jewelry cloth before packaging item. please tell me how my description and photos do not match what you bought. if you would like to return it to me I will be happy to offer you a refund.
