flaviaforever Hi Mercedes, I sent off the Laura Ashley sweater a few days ago and I am just now realizing that I sent you the wrong sweater! My deepest apologies. If you could be so kind as to "open a case" with Posh, describe that it is the wrong sweater, they will approve, refund your money and send you a return label, you can just put it over the box it was sent in. Again, my deepest apologies for the mix up

lvsmoothjzz I am so sorry about the holes in sweater. I would have disclosed that info had I of noticed it. It is not my style to hide info. I truly apologize for the flaws in the sweater. I would have accepted a return and given you your money back. I feel so bad. That was my dad’s sweater and I trusted it to be in better shape and that is truly my fault. Once again I apologize.
